Please note: If you have Type 1 Diabetes, any family history of any Thyroid Cancer, Chronic Pancreatitis, or
Active Gallbladder Issues we will not be able to prescribe you.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we cannot prescribe you weight loss medication.

If you take ANY of the following medications, we cannot prescribe you weight loss medication: Insulin, glimepiride (Amaryl), glipizide (Glucotrol and Glucotrol XL), glyburide (Micronase, Glynase, and DiaBeta), sitagliptin, saxagliptin, linagliptin, and alogliptin.

If you have had a gastric bypass or other surgery requiring general anesthesia in the past 6 months, we cannot prescribe you weight loss medication.
